Suggested Use for USN Muscle Fuel Mass:

As a dietary supplement, add three rounded scoops to 450 - 500ml of cold water (depending on taste) blend or shake in a hand held shaker and mix for 30 seconds. Have 2-3 servings daily, servings may be halved. Use between meals, or within 30 minutes after training as a recovery drink.
