The reconstituted drink replenishes electrolytes, minerals and fluids in sufficient quantities during activity (if used as directed), reducing the risk of cramping. It combines both high and intermediate Glycaemic Index (GI) carbohydrates, which has been shown to promote exercise performance and tolerance, as well as muscle recovery, during physical exercise. This combination ensures rapid energy conversion, while still promoting stabile blood sugar levels throughout an event.
A powerful boost of 500mg L-Glutamine and 100mg L-Tyrosine, both in the very potent and stable N-Acetyl form, have been added to each 50g serving. These quantities will optimizing muscle tissue maintenance and mental alertness to an even greater extent.

Recommended Usage
For a hypotonic solution, dissolve 2 heaped 25ml scoops (50g) in 750ml cool water.
For an isotonic solution (recommended for latter parts of an event), dissolve 2 heaped 25ml scoops (50g) in 500ml water.
Endurance sport: Take 150-200ml every 15-20 minutes during training and events (60min+).
Start drinking 30-60 minutes prior to events, taking 2-3 sips every 10-15 minutes.
Other sport: Take 200ml every 30 minutes during long sessions (90min+).
