Suggested Use for USN 100% Whey Protein
For a 25g protein serving, add 1 scoop to approximately 150ml cold water. For a 50g protein serving add approximately 300ml cold water. Stir directly into a glass with a fork or mix in a blender or shaker for about 30 seconds. Have 2-4 servings daily.
