Faster protein absorption and improved utilisation from hydrolysed whey protein, L-Leucine and Vitamin B6
Hydrolysed whey protein is whey protein that has been treated with enzymes to break the protein down into smaller peptides and amino acids. The benefit is that your body can absorb peptides much faster than whole proteins. This leads to almost immediate absorption of nitrogen - see Hydrolysis Data table opposite for peptides in molecular weight. Included in Growth Matrix is Vitamin B6 which is involved in protein and amino acid metabolism. Vitamin B6 helps the body to more effectively utilise the high doses of protein and amino acids found in Growth Matrix.

Growth Matrix contains a massive 7,000mg of free form L-Leucine per serving. Suggested Use for Reflex Growth Matrix:
Mix 105g (approximately three 60cc measures) with 450ml water in a shaker of blender. For best results consume immediately after training. Do not exceed the stated dose. This recommended usage is based on a 75kg male.
