Suggested Use for Mutant Cre-X 12
First 5 Days (Loading Phase): Take 2 servings daily, 1 in the morning when you wake up and the other immediately after your workout. On non-training days, have the first serving in the morning when you wake up, and the second serving 8 hours later.

Maintenance Phase: Take 1 serving immediately after your workout. On non-training days, have your serving in the morning when you wake up.

Preparation: Mix 1 serving (2 Scoops) of Mutant CRE-X12 with 350 to 500ml of cold water. After you finish your serving of Mutant CRE-X12, drink an additional 250ml of water to help enhance absorption. For best results, use for at least 8 weeks.
