Directions for use
In order to experience maximum results, N.O. Nitroplex should be taken 30-45 minutes prior to your workout or your competitive event. Individuals sensitive to stimulants should begin with 1 scoop to help assess your tolerance. On training days mix 2-3 scoops of N.O. Nitroplex in 8-12 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes prior to your workout. On non-training days mix 1 scoop 8-12 oz of water one an empty stomach. Note: To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Taking N.O Nitroplex with food or on a full stomach will reduce its effects. Do not exceed three servings per day. For best results combine N.O. Nitroplex with an intense exercise and nutrition program. Read entire label before use and follow all directions.
